detroit ford trends conference
I was excited to see Kenneth Cole on the first day of the Ford Trends Conference in Detroit. Love his Twitter bio: Designer, Aspiring Humanitarian, Frustrated Activist, Social Networker In Training. His discussion was perfectly funny and inspiring.
Build the dream and deliver consistently. – Kenneth Cole
Actor Jesse Eisenberg was there the second night, talked with him for a moment about Woody Harrelson, paper, and forests. Enjoyed the opportunity to spend time with a few of my favorite online friends – Organic Green Diva Lynn Hasselberger and Sustainablog’s Jeff McIntire-Strasburg. Spent time driving Ford’s EcoBoost and Energi cars on the track, touring Ford’s green roof, and participating in conversations about water conversation, gaming + nature, and women leadership.
Thank you to Green Living Guy Productions and Seth Leitman for connecting and collaborating with me on these fun car adventures to create a shift in conversations about transportation and energy. Big thanks also to Royal Peasantry for providing me with beautiful upcycled fashion!
