I’m excited to join the Asheville Grit blog team!

Asheville Grit is a collective of unique, independent local voices. My focus so far has been on sharing local resilience stories with the Climate Listening Project.

There are lots of great local bloggers featured on Asheville Grit. Ty Hallock recently wrote about Interconnecting Cities in an interview with Maggie Ullman about her work with the Urban Sustainability Directors Network and platforms for cities to collaborate around climate resilience and sustainability initiatives. Farmer and Chef South focuses on areas across the South with dynamic food cultures, linking chefs, farmers, producers and purveyors who advocate sustainable food production and eating. And, I am loving the posts from Lauryn Higgins, Stephanie Watkins Cruz and Jason Sandford of Ashvegas.com.
